Dr Jeanette Hennigan has worked in the area of mental and emotional health in a variety of organisations for over 30 years. With a successful track record in strategic thinking, leading teams and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across high quality, people-focused services, she is a skilful communicator, who is outcome-orientated with a track record of delivering results within budget. In addition, she was awarded BACP Counselling and Psychotherapy New Researcher 2015 , for pioneering research into using technology as an adjunct to face-to-face counselling in UK schools. Schools that she has worked with include: Berkhamsted Schools Group, Wellington College, Headington School, Beaconsfield High School and Guildford Grammar School.

Lesley Murray has previously worked for the Ministry of Defence and in the private sector in IT. She has a special interest in trauma while working as first responders in the public sector. She has worked with independent schools for 9 years and is currently the school counsellor for Kensington Prep School.

  • Mindfulness – Dr Hennigan is trained and registered as a Mindfulness teacher with and is experienced in delivering the 6 week Paws.b Mindfulness program to pupils in Years 3-6. This course can be split into two three week parts which can be delivered in different terms or academic years. She also has many years experience of teaching the .b program to senior school students in Years 7-10 and adults, as either a smaller number of bespoke sessions or the full 10 module program (modules can be between 30-60 mins).

  • Mental Health First Aid Training 1 & 2 for staff - Equip your staff to feel confident in identifying and supporting themselves and others with common mental health issues

  • Counselling skills training - Learn how to utilise powerful counselling skills to enhance everyday interaction and to provide more powerful pastoral support where and when it is needed.

  • Bespoke mental and emotional health and well-being workshops e.g. Anxiety, Stress, Bereavement, Eating difficulties, Self-harm etc.

  • Solution-Focused Coaching - A ‘train-the-trainer’ model, where your staff are taught how to apply this coaching model for their own well-being, teams that they may be leading and to utilise in their relationship with others.

  • Online counselling training - a self-paced online training course to equip qualified counsellors or mental health professionals to work therapeutically online with young people in schools, private practice or organisations.
